Position summary we are seeking an hr business partner with a strong labor law background, deep expertise in compliance, labor relations, mexican labor regulations, and full understanding of nom standards. This role combines strategic and operational responsibilities, partnering closely with hr teams, local leadership, and global corporate functions. Advanced english is required for regular interaction with corporate stakeholders and for advising on labor topics, internal policies, and compliance matters. Key responsibilities: labor relations advise and manage individual and collective labor matters. Lead disciplinary processes, internal investigations, and conflict resolution. Provide legal support for terminations, sanctions, labor documentation, and administrative procedures. Assess labor-related risks and recommend preventive actions. Compliance & regulatory requirements ensure full compliance with mexican labor legislation, including lft, lss, infonavit, stps, and other applicable regulations. Guarantee compliance with applicable labor noms and support internal/external audits. Review, update, and ensure proper implementation of internal policies aligned with corporate standards. Implement and strengthen ethical practices, reporting mechanisms, and compliance investigations. Business partnering act as a strategic partner between the business, leadership teams, and hr. Advise managers and directors on labor topics, performance management, employee relations, and talent management. Collaborate with global corporate teams to align hr practices with local legal requirements. Participate in culture, engagement, development, and organizational initiatives. Hr process management support performance reviews, promotions, compensation cycles, and succession planning. Coordinate key hr communications and initiatives between corporate and local operations. Contribute to the implementation of new policies, organizational changes, and special hr projects. Requirements bachelor’s degree in law (required). 7 years of experience in labor relations, labor compliance, or hrbp roles with a legal focus. Strong knowledge of the federal labor law, current labor regulations, and relevant nom standards. Experience managing audits, internal investigations, and disciplinary processes. Advanced english proficiency (spoken and written) for ongoing interaction with corporate teams. Experience in technology - software related field strong skills in conflict management, negotiation, leadership engagement, and stakeholder management.
