client & project: we are seeking a new talent to join the business & technology integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project salesforce ao engagement. The client is a company that specializes in manufacturing and selling heavy machinery and equipment.
responsibilities:
as a business analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. You will research, gather, and synthesize information while being expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will also be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
