About the Role
Join our Incentives Development team as a Software Developer, focusing on our Incentives platform—a single-page web app.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and data scientists to build scalable, modern features that enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine features supporting client success and platform growth.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional, knowledge-sharing team.
- Utilize modern tools and open-source technologies where applicable.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain robust code.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of relevant backend development experience, preferably with data-intensive systems.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (C#, Java, C++).
- Knowledge of ELT/ETL concepts and handling large data challenges.
- Strong software design fundamentals and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
- Good communication skills and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Onboarding Phases
First 30 Days: Familiarize with our processes, participate in team meetings, complete small tasks.
First 60 Days: Handle tasks independently, take on complex features, improve troubleshooting skills.
First 90 Days: Meet deadlines, deliver quality work, suggest process improvements.
