we’re looking for a highly analytical and self-driven ppc professional with a performance marketing mindset to lead and scale our paid search campaigns for motivated seller leads in the real estate investment space.
you’ll join a high-growth us-based company with a product that’s already generating significant revenue—and you’ll have full ownership of ppc strategy, execution, and budget.
about the role
- manage, scale, and optimize ppc campaigns on google and bing
* work with high-intent keywords and high cpcs in an ultra-competitive vertical
* prioritize roas and backend lead quality (not just form submissions)
* set up a/b tests on ads, keywords, landing pages, and bidding strategies
* use tools like google ads editor, callrail, zapier, looker studio, and crm integrations
* work autonomously - monitor, analyze, and proactively troubleshoot campaign performance without needing prompts
what we’re looking for
- 4+ years of hands-on ppc experience (lead gen, not e-commerce)
* experience managing $10k–$100k+ monthly ad budgets
* strong track record of scaling lead-gen campaigns in competitive markets
* familiar with lead tracking, crms, utm strategies, and funnel analytics
* data-driven, roi-obsessed, self-directed, and focused on measurable impact
* proactive problem-solver who seeks out inefficiencies and resolves them independently
* fluent english

* cro / landing page testing and optimization experience
* experience using automation or scripts to improve ad performance
