This is a remote, performance-driven role focused on building long-term customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
key responsibilities
- develop and close new business opportunities in cross-border logistics
- prospect and identify importers/exporters operating between mexico and the u.s.
- present 3pl, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics solutions
- build long-term relationships with manufacturers, distributors, shippers, and freight partners
- coordinate closely with operations and compliance teams
- maintain accurate crm records and manage sales pipeline
- meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
required qualifications
- proven experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain sales (cross-border preferred)
- strong understanding of customs procedures, import/export documentation, and compliance
- familiarity with u.s.mexico shipping processes
- bilingual - fluent in english and spanish (written and spoken)
- strong negotiation and communication skills
- self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- reliable computer and stable internet connection
preferred qualifications
- experience selling 3pl, warehousing, fulfillment, or cross-border logistics services
- established book of business or industry relationships in u.s.mexico trade corridors
- knowledge of incoterms, hts codes, and customs brokerage processes
- experience with customs clearance and freight forwarding operations
- familiarity with crm systems for pipeline management and sales tracking
- experience working directly with mexican customs processes
- mexican customs broker license (agente aduanal) strongly preferred
