We are seeking an experienced integrated marketing manager based in mexico to lead localized brand campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives. This role will oversee cross-channel campaign planning, vendor coordination, media collaboration, and local market activations to strengthen brand awareness and business growth. The idóneo candidate should possess strong strategic thinking, local market knowledge, and the ability to execute full-funnel campaigns across digital and offline channels.
responsibilities

o develop and execute localized integrated marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals
o lead 360 campaign planning across digital, social, pr, influencer, and offline channels
o coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure campaign consistency and execution quality
* campaign & partnership management
o manage relationships with local agencies, media partners, production vendors, and event partners
o lead campaign timelines, budgets, and execution processes
o support sponsorships, local activations, pr collaborations, and strategic partnerships
o identify new marketing opportunities and local cultural moments relevant to the brand
* brand & market development
o ensure all campaigns align with brand positioning and long-term market strategy
o monitor competitor activities and market trends in mexico
o analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing effectiveness
requirements
* 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or campaign management
* previous experience leading large-scale campaigns or regional marketing initiatives
* strong understanding of the mexico market, media landscape, and consumer behavior
* experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
* strong strategic planning and project management capabilities
* experience in fintech, consumer internet, lifestyle, or startup environments preferred
* pr, influencer marketing, or event marketing experience is a plus
* strong leadership and communication skills
* highly organized with strong execution capability
* ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented
* fluent in spanish and english
