*key responsibilities*:- order management, follow up customer orders and to confirm delivery schedule in a timely manner.- manage forecast/inventory and material planning with customer and coordinate factory team to excute that.- update orders/delivery schedule/material inventory and risk buy data in weekly basis.- host or join meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.- timely follow up to drive quality issues that affects delivery schedule.
