*core responsibilities*:
- comfortable conducting phone-based, sales-focused outreach
- understand hireez products and positioning in the market (support by internal training)
- target prospect accounts and conduct research to find new prospects
- utilize lead qualification process and document relevant sales information in salesforce
- meet daily outreach activity requirements
- achieve monthly qualified lead/meeting quotas
- attend and participate in team meetings
*required skills*:
- fluent english communication capability, especially verbal
- technology savvy: familiar with salesforce, linkedin sales navigator, 6 senses etc.
- prior experience in software sector
- displays a hungry daily attitude with an independent/proactive approach
- at least 1-2 years sales experience
*preferred skills*
- prior sales development experience
- prior experience in hr industry vertical
- bachelor degree or higher, or related educational background
*work schedule and working mode*:
onsite working from monday to friday, monday to friday, 9am - 6pm cst
