Who We Are
We are a confidential international company experiencing rapid growth in the digital financial sector. We’re seeking a high-level Marketing Director—a strategic leader who can translate data into actionable plans, design impactful campaigns, lead cross-functional teams, and help us dominate our target markets.

Your Challenge

- Market Strategy & Vision:

Identify opportunities and niches in local and global markets. Define the most profitable audience segments for each product and determine where and how to sell effectively.

- Campaign Execution:

Design, launch, and optimize full-funnel digital campaigns (brand awareness + performance) across platforms like Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and display networks.

- Metrics & Data-Driven Decisions:

Use advanced tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs to guide decisions, supported by key performance indicators such as:Build and monitor a comprehensive KPI matrix (dashboard) to track performance across all campaigns and channels. Use this data to adjust strategies in real time and present clear, actionable insights to the executive team.Manage a team of 15+ marketers and collaborate with Design, IT, Sales, and Customer Service. Provide guidance, training, and motivation to meet performance goals.Create and manage annual marketing budgets. Allocate resources based on performance indicators and market trends. Present quarterly and annual reports to executive leadership.Identify opportunities for A/B testing, automation, and the use of new tools to improve scalability, performance, and efficiency.

- ROI (Return on Investment):

Measures the profitability of marketing efforts by comparing revenue generated vs. the cost invested.

- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition):

Tracks how much it costs to acquire one customer or lead. A lower CPA means better cost efficiency.

- LTV (Lifetime Value):

Calculates the total revenue a customer is expected to bring over the entire relationship. Helps determine how much we can afford to invest to acquire a customer.

- CTR (Click-Through Rate):

Indicates the percentage of users who saw an ad and clicked on it. A high CTR suggests strong messaging and relevance.

- KPI Dashboard:

Build and monitor a comprehensive KPI matrix (dashboard) to track performance across all campaigns and channels. Use this data to adjust strategies in real time and present clear, actionable insights to the executive team.

- Team Leadership:

Manage a team of 15+ marketers and collaborate with Design, IT, Sales, and Customer Service. Provide guidance, training, and motivation to meet performance goals.

- Budget Ownership:

Create and manage annual marketing budgets. Allocate resources based on performance indicators and market trends. Present quarterly and annual reports to executive leadership.

- Innovation & Automation:

YOUR PROFILE

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or director-level leadership position. Proven track record in performance marketing.
- Tools & Skills: Mastery of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Ahrefs (or similar SEO/SEM platforms), and CRM systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Capable of making informed decisions using complex data, managing multi-channel campaigns, and aligning marketing with business objectives.
- Leadership: Strong team management, mentorship, and cross-department collaboration skills.
- Languages: Fluent English (C2 level) for global team communication.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA or Master’s in Digital Marketing is a plus.
