we are looking for a senior marketing manager to lead this expansion across spanish-speaking markets, with the opportunity to shape, structure, and scale growth initiatives.
this is a role with high autonomy, where you will have direct impact on both strategy and results.
responsibilities
market ownership
* define how we enter, position, and scale across spanish-speaking markets
* turn opportunities into structured growth plans
acquisition & growth
* build and lead multi-channel acquisition (paid, affiliates, organic, social)
* develop scalable funnels focused on ftds and roi
* identify what works quickly — and scale it
team & structure
* build and coordinate the marketing setup (media buyers, creatives, affiliates)
* define workflows, processes, and performance standards
* ensure execution is fast, clear, and performance-driven
* test unconventional channels (pages, viral formats, new traffic sources)
* continuously identify new growth opportunities
what we’re looking for
* proven experience in high-risk / performance environments (igaming, crypto, forex)
* strong understanding of latam user behavior and acquisition dynamics
* experience building or scaling markets (not just managing campaigns)
* strong performance mindset (ctr, cpa, cvr, ftd, roi)
* ability to operate across strategy + execution + leadership
