Job opportunity: interior designer for luxury villas – los cabos
we are a growing company specializing in the construction and management of high-end luxury villas in los cabos. We are looking for a talented and experienced interior designer to join our team.
key responsibilities:
* create sophisticated, high-end interior design concepts for new luxury villa projects
* select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories appropriate for luxury vacation rental and private villa standards
* collaborate closely with architects, builders, and project managers during design and construction phases
* ensure designs are elegant, functional, and aligned with the premium los cabos lifestyle (ocean views, natural light, indoor-outdoor flow)
* assist with styling and furnishing of managed luxury villas for optimal guest experience
requirements:
* proven experience in luxury villa or high-end residential interior design (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
* strong portfolio showcasing luxury projects (villas, boutique hotels, or upscale homes)
* excellent knowledge of premium materials, furniture brands, and current luxury design trends
* ability to work on-site in los cabos and manage multiple projects
* proficiency in autocad, sketchup, 3d rendering software (revit, lumion, or similar), and adobe suite
* fluent in english and spanish (highly preferred)
* creative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
