- completion of course of study/egresado in computer science/it/computer engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
- responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.
- identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions.
- advanced english levelpreferred• 7+ years of total it experience, with at least 5 years specifically in jda fulfilment & enterprise planning.
- own and resolve complex technical and functional issues for global customers, adhering to stringent sla guidelines and managing ticket lifecycles from detection to resolution.
- provide l3 support for blue yonder enterprise planning (ep), fulfillment, and related modules, ensuring system stability during upgrades, rollouts, and post-production phases.
- lead investigation of production defects, analyze logs, review configuration/customizations, and partner with product development teams for permanent fixes.
- proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, reduce recurrence of issues, and contribute to site reliability engineering (sre) kpis.
- ensure system performance and data integrity by tuning database queries (oracle/sql) and monitoring integrations between blue yonder and external erp/oms systems.
- create knowledge articles, document incident learnings, and train junior team members to reduce customer service team load.
- drive operational improvements by automating routine tasks and proposing enhancements to existing support procedures.
- excellent knowledge of oracle sql and pl/sql for data analysis, scripting, and tuning.
- proficiency in unix shell scripting, python, or powershell is preferred.
- to provide 24/7 support, managing p1/p2 critical incidents and performing root cause analysis (rca) to minimize system downtime.this is in collaboration with our global teams.
- oversee the design, development, and delivery of system enhancements and change requests to align with evolving business needs.
- conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables across development and support teams.
- partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and third-party vendors to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
