We are looking for a bdr with at least 2 to 6 years of experience selling saas, marketing services, and/or revenue operations services. Preferably with hubspot certifications (marketing and sales modules). Your main responsibility will be to generate demand and schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects / decision makers. We are looking for a proactive profile, with excellent communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
as a business development representative, you will:
* qualify & nurture leads: be the first point of contact for potential clients. Identify, qualify, and nurture inbound leads, ensuring they're primed for our sales team. Your goal? Book impactful meetings that drive business success.
* outreach & engagement: utilize a strategic mix of outreach methods and platforms—calls, emails, social media, whatsapp, lusha, apollo, etc —to connect with prospects, spark engaging conversations, and build lasting relationships.
* collaborate with marketing: work hand-in-hand with our innovative marketing team to align on lead generation strategies, ensuring seamless follow-ups and creative campaigns that resonate.
* crm mastery: keep our hubspot system organized and up to date. Track every client interaction, meeting, and follow-up to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
* stay ahead of trends: keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitor insights, and consultative sales best practices. Bringing fresh ideas to the table and continuously enhancing our outreach strategies are welcome.
requirements
* a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
* strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and convey value effectively.
* the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* proficiency in crm software (e.g., hubspot) and the google workspace suite (docs, sheets, slides, etc.). Knowledge in click up or slack is a plus.
* a motivated mindset with strong sales skills, including expertise in inbound sales methodology.
* fluency in english and spanish to engage with diverse client bases.
