*your tasks*
objective: monitoring customer specific supplier evaluation/portals and statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to improve the product quality continuously
- identification of quality and service problems and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check.
- creating risk analyses (fmea) and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check.
- timely processing of customer complaints according customer requirements.
- statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to identify possibilities of product optimization. Informing of those responsible and initiate measures
*your qualifications* your qualifications*
- bachelor´s degree preferred in mechanical/ electrical / electronic/ electromechanical engineer
- professional experience in automotive industry for +2 years
- advanced english
- experience in ppap process, quality launch process and customer management
