key responsibilities:
* sales strategy development: develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
* client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the region.
* performance monitoring: track regional sales performance against targets, analyze results, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals.
* market research: stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and market potential.
* reporting & analysis: provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
* budget management: oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum sales output.
* collaboration with other departments: work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and customer satisfaction.
qualifications:
* bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5+ years of sales experience
* 2+ years in a management or leadership role
* experience selling to oems
* strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
