* main responsibilities:
* identify high-potential sellers through market analysis and field research
* build strategic partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors, and industry associations
* select products based on data-driven insights
* develop effective traffic acquisition strategies (social media ads, seo, kol collaboration)
* plan promotional campaigns (seasonal sales, launch events)
* provide regular performance reviews with actionable improvement plans
the ideal candidate will possess experience in b2b sales/e-commerce and advanced excel skills (pivot tables/vlookup). Fluency in spanish and professional english (written/spoken) is mandatory.
