Business analyst we are seeking a business analyst to analyze current business processes, map user workflows, and define how our systems should function.

key responsibilities process analysis amp; mapping document current-state business processes, workflows, and system interactions identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement create clear process maps, user flows, and system diagrams validate process understanding with stakeholders across the organization user journey amp; experience definition map end-to-end user journeys across systems and touchpoints identify pain points, friction, and opportunities for improvement work closely with ui/ux to translate workflows into intuitive user experiences ensure user flows are logical, efficient, and aligned with business goals requirements definition translate business processes into structured requirements and functional specifications support product managers in defining user stories and acceptance criteria ensure requirements are complete, clear, and ready for development maintain documentation of workflows, requirements, and decisions stakeholder collaboration work directly with business stakeholders to understand needs and constraints cross-functional coordination partner with product managers to support discovery and planning collaborate with ui/ux on wireframes, flows, and interaction design support engineering by clarifying requirements during development participate in reviews to ensure delivered functionality matches intent documentation amp; visibility maintain clear and organized documentation of processes and requirements
