Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage with potential clients to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Manage a personal portfolio of clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare customized commercial proposals and negotiate contracts with decision-makers
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales within freight forwarding (proven track record required)
- Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and road freight services
- Excellent closing skills, persuasive, and goal-oriented sales profile
- Primarily hunter (80%), consultative, with strong field presence
- Intermediate to Advanced English language skills (B1-B2), both written and spoken
- Digital skills: Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and presentation platforms
