we’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven *business development representative* to help top-tier aesthetic providers (plastic surgeons, medspas, etc.) discover the value of our client's premium content marketing services. You'll drive outreach, nurture leads, book consultations, and help grow their visibility and patient pipeline.
*compensation*:base salary + performance-based commissions.
*location*:100% remote
*language requirements*:advanced english proficiency (written and spoken)

*responsibilities*:
- *prospect research & outreach*
- identify and research aesthetic providers who need better online visibility.
*2.* *value-first lead nurturing (give, give, give → ask)*:
- offer three key free benefits before pitching services:
- a featured expert quote in an article on beauty seek (a trusted editorial platform for aesthetic trends).
- an enhanced listing in the beauty seek directory (connecting patients with top providers).
- a spotlight feature on our blog highlighting best practices in aesthetic marketing.
- engage with prospects by liking, commenting, and sharing their content to build trust.
*3. Booking sales meetings & closing deals*:
- schedule consultations between leads and the founder to discuss content marketing services.
- clearly explain how our optimized content (website, social, google local seo) drives more patient consults.
- use a consultative approach, focusing on the provider's growth goals.
*4. Post-sale referral generation*:
- after closing a deal, ask satisfied clients for referrals (colleagues who may benefit from our services).
- leverage testimonials and case studies to build credibility with new prospects.
*5. Tracking & performance optimization*:
- log all outreach in crm (hubspot, salesforce, etc.) with detailed notes.
- provide weekly reports on kpis: outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, closed deals.
- continuously refine messaging based on conversion data.
*qualifications*:
- 2+ years in business development, lead generation, or digital marketing sales
- strong writing and communication skills
- organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- comfortable using crm tools like hubspot or salesforce
*preferred qualifications*:
- experience working with aesthetic, healthcare, or wellness brands
- familiarity with seo, google local, or content marketing services
- experience asking for client referrals or testimonials
