comp: $145–$225 per hour (performance-based) + bonuses (uncapped)

we help local businesses ethically steal market share by owning google maps - dropping cac and boosting ltv. You'll book calls that change businesses and put real money in owners' pockets.
what you'll do
* hit the rule of 100: 100 targeted reach-outs/day across phone, email, and dms to book sales calls for our google maps domination program for local businesses.
* move fast: respond to new leads in <5 minutes; pull appointments to same/next day to maximize show rates.
* follow up like a pro: double-dial + text 3× day one, 2× day two, then daily; send reminders at 24h/12h/3h; always bamfam (book a meeting from a meeting).
* keep it human: use acknowledge–compliment–ask (aca) to progress convos and qualify efficiently.
* qualify (budget, decision maker, need, timing, geo/service fit) and book tight, high-intent slots.
* maintain a clean crm: accurate notes, tasks, next actions, and tight handoffs to closers inside go high level (ghl).
* run multi-channel follow-up campaigns (calls, sms, email, quick looms) and attend weekly coaching/role-plays.
the outreach gauntlet (new inbound lead = 7 touches in 1 hour)
* call within 5 minutes
* double dial if no answer

* email with a single, clear cta
* second call 20–30 minutes later

persistence = booked appointments. Most quit after 2 touches—you'll win at 6+.

* 100+ new contacts/day across channels.

* speed-to-lead <5 min on inbound; immediate callbacks win conversations.

* comfortable making 100+ dials/messages/day and sticking to scripts & cadence.
* fluent english (c1+); spanish a plus.

* tech-ready: stable internet (50+ mbps), quiet workspace, quality mic/headset.
* time discipline: available for u.s. East coast hours.

* experience booking for a marketing agency with seo services, sem, or saas.
* dialer/crm proficiency; multi-channel prospecting (phone, sms, email, social).
compensation
* base + per-show + performance bonus tied to show rate.

mandatory loom requirement (no loom = no review)
only applicants who submit a loom will be considered.
4 parts (can be one video, total 2–3 minutes):
* ghl screen share (≈90 sec): walk through your go high level pipeline (stages, tasks, notes), show how you work leads (call/sms/email), and how you book a qualified call. Role play if you'd like.
* scenario answer (≈60 sec): how you'd book a b2b prospect into a call (your step-by-step) and how you'd book someone who just ran a geogrid scan for their local business?
* short sentence (≈20 sec): your best booked-call week (metrics + exactly how you did it)
* availability (hours in east coast time) + soonest start date
