Brand manager - kids' products

as a brand manager for kids’ products, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build strong brand recognition, drive customer engagement, and increase market share for our kids' product lines. You will collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure alignment with brand identity and business objectives. You’ll also work to understand the evolving preferences of both children and parents.

*key responsibilities*:

- develop and implement brand strategies for kids’ product lines to drive brand awareness and market growth.
- manage product positioning, branding, and messaging to appeal to both children and parents.
- collaborate with the product development team to ensure new products align with the brand and meet consumer needs.
- plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting various channels including tv, print, and digital.
- analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- partner with influencers, media outlets, and licensing partners to promote brand visibility and relevance in the kids' market.
- manage the design and production of packaging, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
- monitor brand performance metrics such as market share, customer loyalty, and sales, and adjust strategies as needed.
- work with the sales team to ensure brand consistency across retail channels, both in-store and online.
- manage and oversee relationships with licensors, media partners, and retail outlets.
- handle brand budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.

*qualifications*:

- bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- conversational english is essential
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the kids' products, toys, or consumer goods sectors.
- proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- understanding of the children’s market, consumer behavior, and product trends.
- strong communication and project management skills.
- ability to work collaboratively with creative and development teams.
- analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions.
