Job Description

Position

CRM Manager

Responsibilities

- Define, measure, and optimize KPIs for email and push campaigns.
- Database management: Segmentation strategies, data cleansing).
- Define Commercial CRM strategies in conjunction with the division.
- Segmentation strategy with target audiences related to Mobile.
- Plan and manage the CRM calendar with all email and PN campaigns.
- Development and implementation of CRM strategies for Hand Raisers.
- Mobile offer management with the eStore team.
- Briefing and approval of campaign content.
- A/B testing planning (content and subject line).
- Coordination and execution of email and push notification campaigns.
- Campaign monitoring.
- Insights analysis per campaign.
- Campaign optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during campaign execution, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor the execution of campaigns to ensure they adhere to schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure alignment and address any operational issues related to campaign execution.

Requirements and Skills

- Bachelor's degree completed.
- English advanced. Conversational.
- CRM platforms (SalesForce, HubSpot, Emarsys, Adobe Campaign. Preferably Adobe Campaign)
- CRM KPIs: Open rate, Click-to-open rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate
- Analysis tools: Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI
- Ability to define CRM plans (push notifications & email) aligned with company objectives
