* execute payroll services, receiving inputs and validating requirements for accurate data entry.
* capture information in payroll systems to ensure compliance with operational controls.
* monitor case reception and release ensuring timely delivery and good customer service.
* determine proper escalation procedures for daily resolution issues.
* deliver services at defined slas/kpis through continued communication and support.
responsibilities:
• execute payroll services for pepsico frito lay
• receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements
• capture information in payroll systems
• ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations
• monitor case reception and release ensuring sla compliance
• ensure good customer service and guarantee service level agreements timing and delivery
• responsible for proper escalation for daily resolution issues
• deliver services at the defined at the slas/kpis
• continued communication and support with local functional teams
• conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
