*main responsibilities*:
- transformation initiatives: lead the implementation of global and local transformation projects to optimize and standardize p2p processes, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- key performance indicators: define p2p performance metrics (procurement efficiency, supplier performance, compliance, cost savings, payment cycle time) to support decision-making and drive improvements.
- operative model: develop a unified operating model to optimize supplier negotiations, purchasing automation, invoice processing, and payment cycles, achieving cost efficiencies and supplier engagement.
- service delivery management: act as the global fronting for procurement operations, supplier disputes, contractual sla oversight, and collaboration with external service providers.
- integrated p2p network: foster collaboration between procurement, finance, and suppliers to enhance process efficiency, supplier relationship management, and adoption of digital procurement solutions.
