your role and responsibilities
responsible to work with internal/external customers in the emea market, the hardware development team and product management (brand) by focusing on client experience while verifying product launch readiness through esps. The role will also interface with ibm account teams and have direct contact with customers about their technology/product requirements to help influence changes to the product and technology offerings before general availability.
