The marketing manager will lead the development and implementation of the marketing model in mexico, ensuring local operations achieve full synergy with the company's global standards,
main tasks and responsibilities:
1. Digital ecosystem & lead generation infrastructure
- define and guide the development of the digital ecosystem for lead generation.
- own website strategy and evolution (wordpress + future global structure).
- define and implement lead capture architecture, landing pages strategy & conversion flows.
- ensure alignment with global standards.
- establish a scalable and trackable lead acquisition system.
2. Franchise development marketing.
- define and execute the lead generation strategy for franchise recruitment.
- manage and optimize performance campaigns (google ads, digital channels).
- improve lead quality and conversion efficiency across the funnel.
- design and implement: lead nurturing strategies, automated communication flows and customer journey.
- establish a closed-loop system between marketing and franchise development.
- ensure full visibility from lead to conversion.
3. Crm strategy & network implementation
- define and lead the crm strategy across franchise development and the franchise network.
- lead the implementation of a centralized crm system across all franchisees.
- establish a standardized commercial process, including lead assignment, follow-up, pipeline management, conversion tracking.
- drive crm adoption and usage across the network.
- promote a data-driven and performance-oriented culture.
- ensure full traceability of: lead origin, conversion and roi.
4. Commercial marketing & network growth
- business generation: define and execute strategies to generate b2b and b2c leads for the network.
manage digital channels (paid media, seo, content).
develop scalable acquisition strategies beyond current channels.
- franchisee support: identify business needs.
develop and deliver sales materials, marketing tools & comercial assets.
- product & market development: identify opportunities and gaps.
develop initiatives to support specific regions or services.
- local marketing: define and support local marketing strategies.
improve visibility across google business profiles & local platforms.
5. Brand awareness & marketing positioning
- define and execute strategies.
- develop editorial and content strategy (linkedin, blog, pr).
- activate appropriate channel (digital, partnerships and media).
6. Performance & governance
- define and implement kpis and reporting frameworks.
- build dashboards aligned with global standards.
- introducing a performance-driven culture.
- manage budget and optimize roi.
7. Leadership & coordination:
- lead the local marketing function and team.
- work in coordination with franchise development department, operations, agencies & hq.
- ensure alignment with global strategy and local execution.
required skills and experience:
- educational background: master/ bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration (ba), graphic design, engineering, data science, or a related field.
- experience: 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- language: advanced level of english.
- live in mexico city (cdmx)
