* visit client locations to perform technical support tickets;
* install, configure and troubleshoot software and hardware on windows and apple devices.
* perform on-site tasks such as hardware renewal, asset labeling, redeployment, recovery and coordinate hardware repairs, warranty services and replacements with providers.
requisitos clave
* 3 to 5 years of experience in it support, preferably in field or dispatch roles.
* basic understanding of network concepts like tcp/ip and ethernet.
* certifications like a+, mcp or equivalents are preferred to demonstrate technical competence.
* excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
* ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
