- manage and respond to inbound customer support tickets through a ticketing system
- handle billing inquiries, subscriptions, and operational customer requests
- support onboarding activities and guide trial users through initial platform setup
- coordinate demo requests and follow up with prospects and active users
- maintain accurate records and tracking in the crm system
- provide consistent follow-up and ownership of open items until resolution
- escalate technical issues internally with clear documentation and context
perfil buscado
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or internal account management
- proven experience working with ticketing systems and crm tools
- strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume workflows
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- near-native or fluent english (c1-c2 level required)
- comfort working in a structured, operational, and execution-focused role
