* a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in housekeeping or related role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
* proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
* strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
* ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
