As an *operations ford credit champ,*you will be responsible of supporting various teams within originations, collections, or customer service.
*what you´ll need*:
- active student from any of the last 4 semesters of business administration, finance, or a related economic-administrative field.
- 90% english skills (oral, reading, writing, and listening)
- strong written and verbal communication skills in spanish and english.
- empathetic, proactive, and analytical approach to problem-solving
*what you´ll do*:
*collections*: manage delinquent accounts across early, mid, and judicial stages. This may involve contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, and working with legal counsel.
*customer service*: identify opportunities for service improvement based on net promoter score (nps) data and customer feedback. This includes analyzing trends, suggesting solutions, and potentially participating in process improvement initiatives.
