Regional sales managerposition objectiveresponsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned dealer network, ensuring strong commercial execution, optimal inventory levels, and consistent application of geely's commercial strategies across the region.key responsibilities- plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate commercial strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets established by geely. - provide daily support to assigned dealerships, ensuring alignment between dealer operations and geely's commercial objectives. - follow up on sales performance, wholesale and retail activities, and commercial kpis on a daily basis. - ensure optimal inventory levels at dealerships, including volume, model mix, and availability of key products. - analyze market conditions, competitors, pricing trends, and customer behavior to propose effective regional strategies. - visit dealerships frequently to ensure proper implementation of sales processes, brand standards, and customer experience guidelines. - drive improvement of ssi results within the assigned dealer base, acting as the main liaison between geely and the dealerships. - ensure fluid communication, timely information flow, and effective alignment of strategies between dealers and geely's sales department. - provide regular feedback to internal teams regarding dealer performance, opportunities, risks, and local market dynamics.requirements- education: bachelor's degree in business administration, commercial engineering, or a related field. - experience: minimum 2 years in automotive sales, dealer management, regional sales, or similar roles with proven achievement of sales targets. - technical knowledge: strong sales skills and proficiency in excel and powerpoint - languages: fluent english (spoken and written)skills & competencies- excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence and support dealer performance. - strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics, able to identify business opportunities quickly. - results-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a high sense of responsibility. - strong analytical ability to interpret kpis and market indicators. - ability to work independently, make timely decisions, and manage multiple dealers simultaneously. - team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across internal departments and external partners.
