Responsibilities
* responsible for digital sales forecasting and performance, taking corrective actions when targets are not met.
* develop and implement the e-retail strategy for each brand and retailer, ensuring perfect store online (brand execution and alignment to each retailer).
* ensure an aspirational digital presence consistent with each brand's identity.
* oversee content, user experience, pricing, and promotions across retailer websites.
* expected interactions with retailers (regular visits, performance reviews, relationship building)
* analyzing competitor ́s digital presence, specific marketing campaigns or product launches to compile a benchmark of best practices for the e-retail and crm areas.
* create and execute a monthly crm calendar for both brands according to brand guidelines, covering product launches, kcp ́s and other activations.
* campaign creation on salesforce marketing cloud: asset creation, translation, html template development working with agency, review drafts, audience targeting and email send out.
* design and execute crm strategies to drive engagement, retention, and repurchase.
* managing and animating the newsletter
* contributing to the customer conversion strategy, in close partnership with pos teams equipped
* segment audiences and develop personalized consumer journeys based on behavior and preferences.
* acts as the main point of contact between the bcs team and crm-related initiatives, ensuring team motivation and the achievement of objectives.
* collaborate with media and e-retail teams to integrate drive-to-retail, retargeting, and loyalty campaigns.

profile
* required education: bachelor ́s degree in marketing, business administration, digital marketing, communication, or related fields.
* master degree or specialization in digital marketing, e- commerce, crm or data analytics.
* required experience:
* 5+ years of experience managing e-retail strategies across multiple retailers and brands.
* strong background in crm strategy and consumer segmentation.
* experience working cross-functionally external partners.
* experience in beauty, luxury or omnichannel environments.
* language skills: fluent english, spanish (native or fluent).
* computer skills: experience with e-commerce and retailer platforms. Advanced office.
