Responsibilities Lead and nurture client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Translate client business objectives into clear briefs and actionable marketing strategies.
Manage and oversee campaign development across channels (digital, social, traditional, CRM, etc.).
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Drive account planning, budget management, and performance tracking.
Identify growth opportunities and participate in new business development efforts.
Mentor and support junior account team members, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.
Keep clients informed about industry trends, consumer insights, and relevant innovations.
Qualifications 6+ years of experience in account management within a creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multi-functional teams.
Strong client management and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a good understanding of branding, communications, and media.
Excellent organizational, budget, and time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred Skills Experience managing accounts in regulated sectors such as banking, finance, or insurance, with knowledge of compliance and review cycles.
Strong understanding of omnichannel customer journeys, content personalization, and performance marketing.
Familiarity with analytics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
Comfort working in fast-paced, client-driven environments with tight deadlines.
Ability to contribute to strategic thinking, creative development, and new business pitches.
