position overview

we are thrilled to announce the establishment of the new gbs americas center in guadalajara, mexico. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for allnex as we strengthen our presence in the americas and scale our operations efficiently across the region.

as we embark on this exciting new chapter, we remain unwavering in our commitment to fostering a unified and collaborative culture across all our locations. The gbs americas will serve as a hub of innovation and excellence, driving our mission to deliver superior solutions and services to our valued customers.

as a gbs hr support for the americas region, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of core hr processes, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, hris data management, and reporting. This position is critical to delivering a seamless employee experience and supporting operational excellence across the us and mexico.


responsibilities

1. support the development of best-in-class onboarding processes by reducing manual tasks, simplifying procedures, and driving operational efficiency.
2. ensure accurate and timely processing of onboarding, payroll reports, benefits, bonus payouts, severances, and other employee-related payments.
3. maintain and update employee data across hris, payroll, and time & attendance systems.
4. prepare and deliver fixed and ad hoc reports, including monthly, yearly, and on-demand analyses.
5. serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing support via phone and email.
6. collaborate with hr, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment with corporate initiatives and seamless process integration.
7. support internal and external audits related to payroll and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
8. coordinate monthly payments and deductions, and assist with onboarding activities for new hires.


required skills and experience

1. minimum of 4 years of experience in an hr-related role.
2. proficient in hris system, with a strong understanding of payroll, time & attendance, and benefits processes.
3. excellent communication skills in both the local language and english, along with strong proficiency in microsoft office (especially excel, word, and outlook).
4. detail-oriented and highly accurate, with a proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
5. strong analytical and organizational skills, with a strategic approach to process improvement and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
6. customer-focused, with a collaborative attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.


qualifications

1. bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or business related.
2. 100% proficient in english.
