Responsible for assigned customer accounts throughout the order lifecycle (from setting up new customers, order entry/modification, escalations; responsibilities may include logistics management) to ensure orders are shipped on time agreed.
Act as the single point of contact with customers, parts distribution centers and/or manufacturing plants and cross-functional departments of the company to process and fulfill customer orders; providing accurate documentation and continuous communication to the client throughout the process.
Take ownership and resolve complex customer inquiries through extensive research and detailed understanding of company processes, systems and practices.
Provide timely and informative responses per service level agreement.
Request support from the next appropriate level of customer support for complex issues or escalations, providing documentation throughout the process.
Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database/system.
Ensure clients comply with export policies and ensures required export/shipping documentation is compliant with relevant legislation.
