Our client is a miami-based company specialising in ultra-high-end interiors including kitchens, bathrooms and bespoke furniture for luxury residential projects.
They are seeking an experienced staff accountant to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function in miami. This is a hands‑on, end-to-end role responsible for managing the entire accounting remit, including cash flow, ar/ap, reporting, and financial controls.
Key responsibilities
full‑cycle accounting and month‑end close
cash flow management and forecasting
accounts receivable oversight and collections
accounts payable management
preparation of financial statements and reporting packs
budget monitoring and variance analysis
maintaining and improving accounting systems and processes
ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
ideal profile
accounting experience in construction, sme or high‑growth environments preferred
strong systems capability and highly proficient with accounting software
advanced excel skills and confidence working with financial data
comfortable owning and improving finance processes
