what you\'ll do
* conduct research on industry campaigns, covering competitor trends, market analysis, and related topics, to inform and shape actionable campaign strategies.
* support the operations manager with planning and structuring tasks, including streamlining reporting, tracking, and post-campaign reviews.
* assist in developing and optimizing processes that improve operational efficiency and team workflow.
* contribute creative ideas to campaign content and execution, bringing fresh perspectives to enhance impact.
* collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation and alignment of campaign initiatives.
what you\'ll need
* currently an undergraduate/graduate student or a recent graduate.
* academic background in marketing, communications, economics, or a related field (preferred).
* fluent in english with proficiency in at least one romance (latin) language.
* strong passion and curiosity for the web3 industry.
* excellent communication and collaboration skills (a plus).
