responsibilities
* greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing assistance with luggage as needed.
* inform guests of hotel amenities, services, and hours of operation, highlighting local areas of interest and activities.
* identify and explain room features to guests, including use of the in-room safe and laundry services.
* transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.
* assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
additional duties
* assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including helping with loading/unloading luggage.
* supply guests with directions and arrange transportation (e.g., taxicab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service) as needed.
* communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
