- provide support for breathing air customers in mexico, central and south america less brazil
- responsible for the acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships.
- responsible for product presentation and technical customer service.
- develop new customer relationships and further market growth.
- above-average increase in sales, contribution margin, and new customers in the sales regions.
- implement marketing programs for company products and services in accordance with predetermined objectives and make recommendations on marketing strategies.
- aggressively pursue new market opportunities for bauer in the high-pressure breathing air product markets, including oem business.
- proactively generate new leads through networking, social media, and publication reviews.
- achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by developing and pursuing a pipeline of opportunities in region.
- personal engagement in pursuing all major sales opportunities.
- negotiate key distributor agreements and selected sales opportunities
- participate in price negotiations to establish cost of the company’s products.
- establish sales quotas, profit goals, and product mix expectations for the territories.
- direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- review market analyses to determine opportunities for bauer, customer needs, price schedules, etc.
- represent the company at national technical conferences to promote the products and determine the most effective advertising methods.
- deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales team members.
- provide sales forecasts and other reports to senior management for use in strategic planning.
- track annual performance against expectations and modify strategies in response.
- oversee lead generation, sales support, sales administration, and sales engineering in addition to direct sales.
- use salesforce, current crm, to manage perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
- ability to travel up to 50% of the time domestically and internationally to develop and maintain customer relationships and capitalize on sales opportunities, sales conferences, and trade shows.

- ba/bs in business administration, engineering or other-related field.
- minimum of five (5) years of experience in a capital equipment sales environment
- high degree of technical aptitude with conceptual engineering ability
- demonstrated project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ability to develop and implement strategic objectives.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and team environment.
- self-starter with motivation to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- proficiency in microsoft office applications (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint, etc.) and salesforce crm software.
- demonstrated ability managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
- identifying customer needs and addressing their interests with appropriate product offerings.
- disciplined in sales tactics and methodologies
- possess an active driver’s license with a positive driving record.
- reading and writing english and spanish is a requirement.
Normal working schedule: working hours must be flexible and depend on what is needed to accomplish objectives.
