* demonstrated experience incubating and landing complex software deals within the fsi and public sector, ideally across philippines and asean.
* proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
* strong understanding of the philippines market, particularly in the fsi, digital government, and telco sectors.
* ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
* fluency in english, filipino and tagalog (both written and spoken) is essential.
additional language proficiency in chinese is a significant advantage.
