*responsibilities*:
- acts as hr point-of-contact and assists with all internal and external hr related matters.
- manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to job offer.
- assist in developing and executing company and personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
- provide an effective and dedicated hr advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
- process payroll related concerns including timekeeping, employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, and government mandated benefits.
- investigate and mediate employee grievances and ensure compliance to company policies and labor laws.
- secure, monitor, maintain and tabulate periodic employee performance reviews including monthly scorecard of employees across the board.
- handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into hr information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
- assist, oversee, and participate in all company events.
- manage and keep the organization's employee database up-to-date and prepare reports as needed.
- assist with employee offboarding including but not limited to clearances, exit interviews, and last pay.
- other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
