We ensure that all incoming materials meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.the supplier quality engineer (sqe) is responsible for leading supplier quality assurance activities, developing quality systems, coordinating incoming inspection, resolving supplier‐related quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role works closely with suppliers, internal teams, and cross‐functional groups to ensure conformity of raw materials and supplier performance.coordinate and supervise incoming inspection and testing according to established procedures. Address supplier quality complaints, lead root cause analysis, and validate corrective and preventive actions. Develop, implement, maintain, and measure the effectiveness of supplier quality systems, including inspection, testing, corrective actions, and internal audits. Ensure proper control of non‐conforming material, including identification, segregation, and disposition. Prepare and analyze reports on rejected materials, supplier corrective actions, and supplier performance. Participate in continuous improvement projects and support new product introductions related to suppliers. Develop, interpret, and maintain quality system documentation and standard operating procedures. Train inspectors, quality supervisors, and other personnel on product, process, and raw‐material requirements. Participate in the development of departmental objectives, budgets, and performance goals. Lead mrb activities for raw materials and coordinate credit notes, returns, and rework sorting when needed. Work closely with critical suppliers and follow up on quality issues across all business units. Maintain harmony across departments and ensure all required quality documentation and project files are recorded in the system. Comply with company policies including code of conduct, ctpat, anti‐corruption, confidentiality, information security, and hse requirements.bachelor's degree in industrial, electronic, mechanical engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). ~3–5 years of experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or manufacturing quality. ~ intermediate english (spoken and written).basic computer proficiency in data entry and document processing. Ability to interpret and develop quality procedures, documentation, and inspection processes. Experience performing complex failure analysis and capability studies.
