This position is established by contract and its objective is to provide follow-up and continuity to sales at the stores. This is achieved through visits, sales clinics, workshops and trainings that are generated for the stores staff, also works as an impulse for the strategies that the commercial area launches periodically.
Having a territorial is a mandatory action for us because was part of our own proposal and negotiations with our clients. So, this position is requested by the clients as a commitment for support the operation and it is included on the signed contract, also the position is included in the extended warranty rate.
In monterrey and metropolitan area, the territorial covers 62 stores in the city and surrounding municipalities. Last year with territorial presence we made a total of $300,000 usd and an attach rate of 5.07%, +10% than expected.
This resource will oversee and provide all operational support at stores:
visit the corresponding stores at least once a week, 3 to 4 times a month, these visits will have, among other activities, feedback talks and establishment of sales commitment with... Managers, chiefs and / or responsible for electronics, white line and sellers.
Ensure that the staff responsible for the areas involved in the sale of extended warranties.
Provide product and sales technique training
participate in the national training
ensure that the stores have sufficient supply of terms & conditions contracts and point of sale material.
Make the planning and scheduling of visits, training, sales clinics, etc.
Generate, the report of sales and training carried out the previous month.

Each territorial executive has a target number of visits, this is done based on the number of stores assigned (chedraui, bodega aurrera, mi bodega aurrera, sam´s club, walmart supercenter and office max)
it is of utmost importance to replace the vacancy, retailers are attentive to fill the positions in the shortest time possible because ideally for special back to school sales, irresistible weekend, etc., the positions are already covered and with it all the actions that must be done to increase sales.
