Job Description
1. Ensure proper use of systems, adherence to resource policies, and safeguard company information.
2. Perform maintenance and repairs on computer equipment.
3. Install new equipment in coordination with the systems administrator.
4. Manage creation, modification, and termination of user accounts.
5. Install and configure software applications.
6. Assign HelpDesk tickets and monitor resolution.
7. Install and configure printers.
8. Perform network and telephone cabling and connections.
9. Support hardware and software in workstations and for administrative personnel.
10. Create and modify part numbers in the ERP system.
11. Develop workstation software solutions.
12. Maintain RFID devices and solutions.
13. Develop and maintain IT infrastructure.
14. Perform hardware maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in computer systems engineering or related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
3. Advanced proficiency in English.
4. Knowledge of various operating systems.
5. Experience handling fixed and mobile communication devices.
6. Management of printing and copying equipment.
7. Structured cabling expertise.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other commercial software.
