what you will do:
- mentor junior and semi-senior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- champion best practices in code quality, security, and maintainability within the ruby development team.
- drive innovation by exploring and integrating new ruby gems, tools, and methodologies into existing and future projects.
- collaborate with stakeholders, providing technical insights and recommendations, and ensuring the successful delivery of ruby projects.
here's what we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience with ruby.
- strong understanding of best practices, such as solid and clean code, focusing on scalable solutions.
- extensive experience with code reviews, writing automated tests, and implementing ci/cd pipelines.
- strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
- it infrastructure knowledge.
- advanced level of english.
