we are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and energetic
sales manager – enterprise series
to join our sales team. This is a permanent, full-time position located in mexico city, mexico, reporting to the director of sales, latam. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of invixium's latest enterprise series products through our distribution channel across latin america and the caribbean. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in elv/security system distribution, a proven track record of achieving revenue goals, and the ability to conduct regional roadshows for dealer engagement.
responsibilities
identify, qualify, and appoint new sub-distributors to strengthen market presence and ensure alignment with business objectives
conduct regional road shows and training sessions for distributor dealers to enhance sales performance
develop and maintain strong relationships with our master distributors, ensuring a smooth supply chain and optimized sales operations
implement customer service strategies that enhance distributor satisfaction
maintain accurate records of distribution activities, sales performance, and market trends using tools such as erp and power bi
analyze distribution data and compile reports to optimize decision-making and market strategy
ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless operations
monitor industry developments and apply best practices to improve distribution effectiveness and efficiency
qualifications and experience
bachelor's degree in business, industrial, mechanical, electrical, electronics or telecommunication
proven experience in elv/security system distribution with a successful track record in a similar industry
strong ability to identify and onboard new sub-distributors while optimizing existing distribution networks
excellent communication, negotiation, and product presentation skills in spanish and english. Portuguese is desirable
experience conducting regional roadshows, dealer training, and promotional events
must have a stellar reputation in the latin american market with verifiable references
proven results-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in erp, power bi, and other reporting tools
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes effectively
