"basic purpose
the primary purpose of this position is to execute customer business integrations for customers agreeing to work with us foods standard integrations. This role will review requirements, identify any potential gaps and/or missing requirements, and update status daily. Support ongoing integrations and troubleshoot issues for quick resolution.
essential duties and responsibilities:
• review project assigned for potential gaps and/or missing requirements necessary to fulfill the business request
• manages their dashboard daily and update accordingly
• deactivating integrations in all systems when needed
• notify appropriate teams internally as needed based on specific project needs
• documents project extracts, company, and contact records.
• maintain and protect customer relationships with excellent customer service
• document completed projects in application and distribute material to customers, internal departments, sales training, update applications/systems required
• provide support for implementation.
• development and user test customer business integrations credentials, formats, data flow for production and successful delivery to the end user.
• deliver completed customer integrations meeting all procedures & process flows
• thorough testing and documentation and notifications to those who need it
• obtaining signatures on legal documents, distribution of documents and storing in a designated repository.
• obtaining customers approval/sign off
• additional tasks and assignments as needed

qualifications
education/training: b.s. / b.a. Preferred not required
related experience:
• 2+ years' experience as a business analyst.
• prior experience in gathering detailed business requirements, interpreting customer business needs, and translating needs into operational business requirements.
• prior experience in a customer service or customer facing role.
• prior experience in ecommerce/ebusiness environment (such as edi, b2b ecommerce, supply chain, other electronic integrations) preferred
• experience in the food industry/distribution is a plus.
