Description purpose: the compliance operations technical leader is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily activities of the compliance operations team. This role serves as the bridge between leadership and execution, ensuring effective performance in third‑party risk assessments, risk register management, audit evidence collection, and privacy compliance. The leader drives process improvements, mentors analysts, and acts as the technical escalation point for complex compliance matters.
qualifications
* experience: 4–5 years in compliance, risk management, or audit support, with at least 1 year in a team lead or senior analyst role.
* knowledge: deep familiarity with regulatory frameworks (pci dss, sox, gdpr, ccpa) and proficiency with grc tools.
* skills: strong technical mentoring abilities and advanced communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
* certifications: industry certifications such as cisa, crisc, or cipm are preferred.
