front office receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- greeting guests: welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- phone management: answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- mail handling: receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries
- administrative support: performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- customer service: addressing visitor inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints1.
- take care of replenishing kitchen and meeting rooms
- manage collections and deliveries to post office and banks
required education, knowledge:
- high school diploma in any matter
- knowledge of the english language will be a preferential requirement.
