Join a dynamic finance team as an ap accounting associate, where you'll ensure accurate invoice processing and support seamless accounts payable operations. This is a great opportunity to strengthen your skills and grow within a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
• accurately process and submit invoices in beanworks software using invoice data and payment request forms.
• review and report inconsistencies while following policies from various division partners, entity levels, and vendors.
• process daily invoices with attention to detail and accuracy.
• report daily updates on duties and responsibilities to the ap leader.
• assist the accounting supervisor and ap leader with routine tasks.
• support additional functions within the accounts payable department as needed.
Requirements
• degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• minimum of 6 months of experience in an accounts payable role.
• strong analytical and organizational skills.
• excellent computer skills (excel, word, email).
• ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company standards.
• effective communication in both individual and group settings.
• ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• problem-solving mindset and initiative to seek process improvements.
• strong attention to detail and time management skills.
